Item arrived in perfect condition & was just what I wanted. Unfortunately, I did’t receive the email offering me a discount on my first order before I placed this order. Also, I ended up paying for a return label because I couldn’t delete it from the order.

Sometimes the emails get stuck in the spam folder, and you definitely shouldn't have had to purchase the redo fee, that's 100% optional.
