We accept returns for a full refund to the original form of payment.
All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you purchased re:do return insurance (option available on select items) with your order, your return is free.
The re:do return insurance is just $1.50 per order and covers all of the items in the shipment.
If you did not purchase re:do with your order, the fee for return shipping and handling is $7.95.
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition that it was sent with all original garment tags still attached.
Jewelry, accessories, intimates, items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code, re:do free return fee (if purchased), and final-sale items are not eligible for a return.
