SHIPPING
We offer FREE Standard shipping for all orders.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days. Special order or pre-order items will be received in 5-10 business days.
Once your order has been packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please check your spam folders, as these emails do have a tendency to get stuck in spam.

RETURNS
All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Once we process your return, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment.
Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order and initiate a return for the original order. The good news? You'll receive a refund back to your original payment method for the return. No need to worry about tracking store credits.
The fee for return shipping + handling is $7.95. If you purchased redo return insurance, the return shipping and handling is free. (see additional details about redo below).
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition that is was sent with all original garment tags still attached.
Returns are not accepted for jewelry, accessories, intimates (bralettes), items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code, the redo return insurance, and final-sale items.

REDO
Redo is return coverage for your entire purchase.
Add the redo option at checkout, pay $1.50, and you can return any or all items in your order at no additional cost to you. (Note: some items are not eligible for a return - see our Return FAQ's above).
If you don’t purchase the redo return coverage, you can still return your order. A fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping & handling.
We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Jewelry, intimates (bralettes), bodysuits, hair accessories, hats, and items purchased with a 30% or more discount code cannot be returned.

The redo box is checked automatically, but you are not obligated to add redo to your order. You can uncheck the box or go to your cart and delete the redo option if you do not wish to add it to your order.
